Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do, except I no longer ship to the United Kingdom.
What mail carrier do you use?
All standard and international shipping orders are through USPS.
Express shipping within the United States is sometimes through UPS.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped out once a week on Wednesdays.
For orders within the USA, standard shipping is arranged through USPS and will usually arrive in 3-5 days but may take up to 2 weeks due to COVID-19 and unexpected delays. Priority shipping will generally arrive in 2-4 days.
For international orders, shipping times can range from 2-12 weeks. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 these orders are still sometimes heavily delayed with no guarantees.
My order still hasn't arrived after waiting the estimated time, where is it?
I'm unable to see any more tracking information than what is given to you, but feel free to reach out to me through the contact form! I will double check the info and that everything went okay on my side when I shipped out the order.
For international orders, after packages have left the United States, USPS hands them off to the destination country's postal service. For more accurate tracking information, you can try entering your tracking number on your destination country's postal service website. Note that this may not work for all countries.
Please note that I am not responsible for lost international packages.
Are there customs/duties fees?
International customs fees depend entirely on your country's policies and are something outside of my control. Purchasing items internationally may mean incurring customs fees that you are responsible for. I'm unable to mark packages as a gift or otherwise.

Can I cancel or refund my order?
If you haven't yet received a shipping confirmation email then I can cancel your order. Just contact me through the form or by email with your order number!
Can I return an item?
Items are unable to returned unless there is a problem with the order. If there are any problems please reach out to let me know!
